Ferment Culture is a local fermented foods company based in Fort Collins, CO. We use organic, regenerative ingredients from local farms to make small-batch, lacto-fermented veggies and brine products.

We’re hiring for the 2026 farmers market season (roughly April–November) for markets in Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Boulder, Lafayette, and Denver.

– Can handle light physical work (carrying coolers, tent setup, etc.).

Our market shifts typically include:

– Early arrival for setup (usually 1–1.5 hours before market start)

– Tearing down and packing after the market ends

– Standing, talking, and working for several hours

Pay & Perks:

– Base pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience, responsibility, and market.

– Plus tips (varies by market, usually an extra ~$20–$50 per shift).

– Paid hourly rate while commuting to market.

– Opportunity for additional sales-based bonuses on strong market days (details shared during hiring/onboarding).

– One free ferment per market.
